I'm sure it is! That's why they sell it, and I love a good pulled pork/lamb/beef and a little bit of Bourbon in it, my issues are...well kind of obvious, but at this point I can't buy feed lot meat and I'd rather spend a little extra and not support Monsanto's GMO corn (which is what Jack is made from), and I guess if this blog is about anything it's about making people aware of food choices and options. I'd just encourage you to make a big batch with grass fed local beef and some Brooklyn made Kings County Distillery Bourbon. If you make a big batch you can free portions and it would be: Thomas Pulled Beef!
