David Lebovitz has written a lovely piece about Chez Panisse and his 13 years working there on his blog this week. Not only is it a love letter to one of the most famous restaurants in the United States it is an interesting reminder of how far we have come in understanding the food we eat, where it comes from and the roots of the now popular "locavore" movement.
