Even though I've taken canning courses before and have been canning for years I took a tomato canning "Boot Camp" last night with Bob McClure (of McClure's Pickles) at Brooklyn Kitchen as part of the course you got a 12 pack of jars and 20 pounds of tomatoes!
The jar is the one I made last night with the group and got to take home. Much more on this later!
