I've been posting Perennial Plate videos almost since they started (even though I see now I misspelled perennial and often want to call them Perenial Palate...guess it's a good thing I stopped smoking the weed, eh?) anyway, of all the videos I've posted I think this is my favorite. Smart, compassionate and articulate the British woman who raises the sheep is a winner and I love how the episode opens with a very quick cooking demonstration using the lamb that the woman from Magnolia Farms raises. Both the cooking and the way the animals are raised is inspirational. A must watch.
