Translation: Recipe for Potato Salad
It would seem mayo is the main ingredient in potato salad the world over.
The last German cooking lesson video was such a hit I thought it couldn't hurt to do one more!

Actually....I thought it was funny because he uses the German equivalent of Miracle Whip Salad mayo.....so basically it's sort of the white-trash version of north German potato salad. In the South they never use mayo....just lots of bacon fat and vinegar.
Oh, and I like how his face pops up on the bottom of the screen..... what a looker!!!!
