Deeply coffee infused ice cream generously studded with rich dark chocolate truffles (so many you think it's impossible to get them all into the ice cream).
I loved this recipe but feel it needs some tinkering, I think the truffles need to be smaller and maybe not as much, or maybe instead of truffles it should be a chocolate swirl? More to come on this after I get back from yoga!
