Cherry Tomato Pizza

Cherry tomatoes were on sale: 2  pints for $5 at the market, so I snatched them up and brought them home and fried them up with lots of garlic and olive oil and spread them on my pizza dough (for one dough I used 2 cups bread flour, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 Teaspoon yeast and 1 cup warm water kneaded it together , covered it and let it rise about 3 hours).  I then added a generous amount of freshly grated Parmesan and then lots of fresh mozzarella.  Cooked it in a hot 500F oven till browned and bubbly! 
Pizza and crumble my idea of a balanced diet!
Just before putting it in the oven.  Damn if fresh mozzarella isn't juicy, it ran all over the oven, but it is so worth it!
