Summer in Full Swing

You always know that the market is at it's peak when Melons and Peaches pack the stalls. Every farmer you visit has something else I want to buy, sour cherries, sweet cherries, the first new potatoes, an overwhelming abundance of greens, squashes, apricots - everything! Now all I need to do is get motivated and hunker down and start canning!
