They are little absolutely beautiful eggplants - Orange Turkish one to be precise.

All of these picture were taken today at the
Bodhi Tree Farm stand - which I has to have some of the most beautiful and unique produce at the market.
I bought a mixed pound of these peppers and am going to follow the instructions and fry 'em till they blister and serve them with a nice chilled
Rosé as a snack before dinner.
They had a selection of beans, these Red Swan were my favorite.
