Anything worthwhile is worth waiting for. And that is certainly true if you are having a hankering for a Japadog.
Japadog appears to be the most popular food vendor in all of Vancouver. When I went by to check it there was a long line. What us japadog, you might ask? Well to me it looks like a hearty, meaty, thick hot dog made from various meats (Berkshire pork being one of them) with lots of Japanese toppings. They have become so popular that they are in the process of opening a full time store.
I'm wondering how long it will take before this hits NYC or David Cheng starts serving it in his restaurants?

Down for anything that can be described as hearty, meaty, thick!
We're bigtime hot dog lovers here... want the one with Fried Cabbage, Bonito Flakes, Pork, and Mayo---right NOW.
