Usually I only try to publish recipes I've created or at least tried and fiddled with, but this looks so good and is from a book very much after my own thinking I'm going to take a chance.Farmers' Market Desserts by Jennie Schacht (Chronicle Books, May 2010) is as the title suggests a market driven dessert book and seeing as how strawberries are now at the market this seemed like the perfect dessert to highlight. Grist.org publish the recipe.
