So the other night I was making a birthday party for our cousin Dinie. Somewhere I had come across a recipe from NYC's famous Sullivan Street Bakery for no knead pizza dough. Then out of the blue my friend Jim in Vancouver writes and sends me four links about no knead bread. Apparently, it is a popular concept that has caught on.
