with cumin seed and lemon
Home made pizzas (made with no knead dough):
Equinox (a local goat/cow cheese) and wild arugula
(from a greenhouse in Long Island) tossed lightly with olive oil, lemon salt and pepper
Rosemary and thyme infused tomato sauce with parmesan and mozzarella
Onion Marmalade, olives, and goat cheese
Fresh goat cheese and hen of the wood mushrooms
Finished with white truffle oil.
Meyer Lemon Curd in a Pecan Shortbread Tart
With whipped cream
