Traif

Sorry that I have been so inconsistent this week, but Blogger seems to be having problems - I've tried twice to get on line to post and they have been down, grrrrrrr.

I saw this restaurant the other day when I was in Williamsburg and it made me laugh.  Treif is Non-kosher food, food not in accord with Jewish dietary laws.  So even though this restaurant is spelt with an "A"  Traif is obviously playing with the term as on their site they say:

Celebrating Pork Shellfish and Globally Inspired Soul Food.
