Duck in a Can



From the famed Montreal restaurant Au Pied du Cochon. According to Tasting Table it's the next big thing. Sounds horrible, but when he actually removes the can it does look might tasty.

This place is really really good if you like Foie Gras or pork. In the summer they have seafood platters too.

The duck in a can is a duck breast stuffed with a piece of foie gras. It is served on a bed of mashed potatos. It's $28 but it should be more than enough for a big eater. The opened can is left on the table for your own sinister designs.
