Summer Supper with Deb and Cathy
I got the Cucumber Wasabi Soup from recipe here (thanks Chris!).
I substituted Greek Yogurt for the sour cream - worked great, I love how the Wasabi flavors the soup, but doesn't overpower it. Oh and I used Nancy's cultured cottage cheese I love her stuff her cottage cheese has a unique sour note that's unlike any cottage cheese I've ever eaten before.

Ha Ha! Yea! Been keeping a bottle of that soup in the fridge here. The stuff is good to DRINK.
