Enjoying your field notes. Skip and I usually spend the holidays in Mexico with several days exploring DF. Art and food are such major components of that city and that society. It's always a joy to be there swimming in it all.
In the supermarket it looked like Euro multinationals Nestle, Parmalat, and Ferrero sell a lot more products in Mexico than in the US.

I live in Manhattan on the Lower East Side in an apartment with an amazing kitchen thanks to my partner of 21 + years, Neil. In the last 4 years I have focused more and more on food.
