My friends own a store in the East Village called Exit 9,  when I was in the other day I saw near the cash register Bacon Lollipops.  Apparently they don't taste much like bacon and are sold as a novelty.  but it got me to thinking what would the ideal bacon lollipop be?

Here's what I came up with:

A thick fatty crunchy piece of bacon with a lollipop stick shove in the middle.  A boiling vat of dark maple syrup at the candy stage.  Did bacon repeatedly until it is coated with a thick layer or maple candy. 

Crunchy, fatty, meaty, smoky, maple heaven!   Now all I need is an investor!
