Khao Sai Gai

I've been busy cooking since I got here. Last night it was Goat Curry tonight it was the classic northern Thai dish Khao Sai Gai - a red curry based chicken soup with egg noodles, it turn out great!

I'm cooking for 6 and not so focused so sorry for the limited and not great picture:

 The curry paste with Tumeric, garlic and onions.

Lots of coconut milk, so good, so good serve over egg noodles.
