Ardith Mae Farms make some of the best fresh local Goat cheese I've ever had. They also make a bunch of other great cheeses which you can buy all over town.
Ardith Mae Farms lost one of it's barns during the last big snow of the winter (it snows a lot in Northeastern Pennsylvania!) and the fine folks at Saxelby Cheese and Earl's Beer and Cheese are both lending a helping hand, to help homeless goats get a new barn!
On Saturday 10% of all retail purchases from Saxelby Cheese will be donated towards the help build a new barn fund and on Sunday Earl's Beer and Cheese is holding a benefit brunch.
So buy your cheese on Saturday and treat your self to a nice brunch (and some beer!) on Sunday, these Goats need a home!
