Dietary Dos and Don'ts

Michael Pollan asked readers of the NYT to write in their dos and don'ts about eating well.
People sent in some great suggestions it's worth a peak to look through them, they nicely art directed his top 20. One of my favorites is:

"It's better to pay the grocer than the doctor"
was the saying that my Italian Grandmother would frequently use to remind us of the love and attention to detail that went into her cooking.
