This is amazing and I can't wait to watch more. My friend and I did a road trip from SF to New Orleans last March - with a portable kitchen (knife, small cutting board, portable salad spinner, veggie peller and 3 small bowls) in order to eat vegan and as locally as possible when on long stretches of road, staying with friends, etc.
