Interesting tour. I'm a member, so it's always interesting to hear the thoughts and viewpoints of someone coming into the PSFC for the first time. Just a quick thought on the Australian Lamb - It's spring/summer there (aka Lamb season). We carry other local meats based on availability, but given the demand for lamb around the holidays, I imagine that the meat buyer tries to accomodate what members want to buy.
